Heres one I like; You'll need a food processor. Take cooked chicken breasts, cutlets, tenders or whatever and run them through the food processor. Run it until you have a nice chicken powder. Now take a can of cream of brocolli soup (my favorite) and dump some that powder in there. Mix it up and you've got yourself a high-protein, low-carb easily digestable meal. Just like baby food.
