        For 1 week.
        Eggs- about 4 dozen
        A box of tuna
        A bag of frozen Chicken
        Wheat bread
        natty pb (every other week.)
        Case of bottled water.
        Extra lean hamburger.
I stop in a couple of times a week to get some fresh fish.
Pork rinds, High in sodium but will help kill the junk food cravings. They are 0 carbs a pretty high in protien
I also eat a ton of deer meat and fish that I kill and catch.

Chicken breast tenders - 4 lb. bags
Lean beef for roasts or burgers
            Ground turkey breast
            Salmon or another fish
            Canned chicken breast
            Canned tuna
            Canned salmon
            Frozen broccoli florrets
            Frozen Stringbeans
            Frozen chopped onion
            Frozen sliced mushrooms
            Frozen chopped green peppers
Bannanas (peel and freeze them to add into shakes for hubby)
            Romaine lettuce or mixed greens
            Boars Head lowsalt turkey breast
            Boars Head roast beef
            Bottled water
            Brown rice
            Oats
            Egg beaters
Edy's chocolate chip cookie dough (that's just on my wish list...hubby gets it if he's bulking)
Mustards (we like a variety of different mustards)
            Black olives
            Marinated artichokes
            2% milk
            Coffee
Fat free or lowfat cottage cheese
            Lowfat sugarfree yogurt
            Salsa
            Shreaded cheese
            Rice cakes
            Peanut or almond butter (natty)
            Ziploc baggies and storage containers

That's pretty much what we eat most of the time. I buy almost everything in bulk at Sam's club or in multiples in the grocery store and have a chest freezer so that I rarely run out of what we need....that really helps us to stay on track. I cook in large quantities and always have the fridge stocked with what we need so when we're leaving for work we can just grab something, put it in a container or baggie and we're off. I don't have the patience to be in the kitchen every night either so I usually only cook twice a week, then make up different concoctions with what we've got prepared. I like the frozen chopped onions, mushrooms and green peppers to add into my omlets and to use when cooking the chicken tenders.
