    what kind of breakfest do u eat wehn ur trying to cut as fast as u can?!?! im goin to BRAZIL for my winter break for various reasons and the women there get crunk on new years and everyones on the beach.... im tryin to get me some :) lol

    just out of curiosity, your only concern is your breakfast? eat some plain oatmeal and a low carb protien shake.
    and hit cardio before breakfast, and again at night time.

      yeh, i wouldnt try to lose too much too quickly, or youll just end up losing muscle mass

        no i got an idea of wut else to eat for the other meals just not breakfest. and i cant do cardio cuz i gto school at 730 so i wake up as late as i can to get a few extra minutes of sleep then speed to school........ what kinda of protein shake do u suggest for breakfest?!?!

          well, no offense but if you really want to lose as much as you can as fast as you can you should try to work it in twice a day, don't skip meals either cause you want you metabolism to stay up. i like ON whey. tried the strawberry and chocolate and i liked them both, just make sure you drink them with water not milk. eat the oatmeal too, you can cut the carbs out of meals later in the day breakfast and post workout carbs are important.

              "good carbs" after an empty stomach low intensity AM cardio routine is what he's getting at. Your metabolism needs to get kick started - to do this, you should eat a small meal every 2.5-3 hours. Eat lean, chicken breast, flank steak, orange roughy... for carbs: oatmeal, sweet potatoes.

                yea u need to give ur body energy to use when u wake up so it doesnt turn to your muscle for energy... so for breakfast just eat some oatmeal and make a protein shake
