Hey what's going on guys? I've been wanting to ask this question for quite some time but have been looking around on the forum to see if anyone answered without me having to ask. I'm 5/10, 167, trying to gain some healthy weight. I know the protein intake I need, but what about carbs? I know the main essential intake of carbs should be pre/post workout but what's a pretty good approximation of the total amount daily?

at 167lbs you should be looking at around 400grams of as clean as possible carbs a day, pre and post are very important but so is a steady flow throughout the day - start off w/oatmeal in the morning .. whole grain bread / rice during other meals - also make sure post workout you want to try to get something like dextrose in there.
