I am 5'11 210 lbs. I would say around 11-12 % body fat.
My diet consists of
8abreakfast: 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, and oat meal.
10:30amidmorning snack: isopure shake 50 grams of protein, and banana
1pLunch 7 oz chicken, salad no dressing, and brown rice
2pworkout 45 minutes
3:30p post workout. isopure shake
6:15pcardio 45 minutes
7:30pdinner 8 oz chicken, steak, tuna, or pork with veggies
bedtime snack is either eggwhites, or some kinda lean meat
I work out 4-5 days a week one body part, and run 5 times a week. I am trying to get down to about 8-9% bodyfat
