What's up everyone. I'm not sure if anyone already does this, but I'm fankly getting sick and tired of the bland oats in the morning.
A few days ago, I decided to add a little flavor to the mix. I put 1 tablespoon of natty peanut butter, and a 1/4 cup of sugar free maple syrup in my cooked oats. It really adds alot of flavor, and gives you a nice shot of your healthy fats, without the added sugar. Try it out, and let me know of any other add ins for plain ole oats :)
