Good post nonetheless. I'm planning on starting a cutting routine Feb. 15 and have been looking for info. Good concise listing of basic principles that we probably all know to be true but need to follow better!
I think I'm gonna supplement good diet and cardio with some sort of thermogenic or other fat burner. I've been considering Chizled, but haven't decided for sure yet.
Man this is going to be my first time getting under 5%bf and this seems like too little food! I am going to compete in June and I am at 12%bf right now. You think this diet is enough or should I try something different? I am new to cutting so bare with me.
