  • Green Tea Extract and pregnant women?

I know you have to be real careful on what the mother takes in. So she's not taking any caffiene for games anymore. I was wonder if green tea ex, would be safe?

Caffeine is a constituent of green tea. Although in a relatively low amount, its still significant enough to speed the heart rate.

Have those. It was worth a shot to see if there was something I don't know about. Thanks for the help.

lol - i'm not versed at all... but just that they always say, whatever you're putting in yourself goes into the baby too. so since they have no clue what any of these "nutritional supplements" can do to babies in womb, better safe than sorry and just stay away.

if you want more stuff to make her and baby healthy - ask her ob... they'll tell you. what's all the baby books say? they always have a billion things of advice :)
