    STATS -
    6'
    205
    body fat 20%-30%

    GOALS-
    lose 20lbs as fast as i can then work my way back up to 200lbs solid

    BASAL METABOLIC RATE-
    i did this last year and it was like 2656 i think

    FOOD AVALIBILITY-
    i eat anything... doesnt matter ( if theres a list of foods i should buy and how to eat them please inform me of them so i can buy them)

    DIET TIME LENGTH-
    lose it all as fast as i can

    CARDIO TYPE-
    dosnt matter?

    DRUGS-
    i smoke marijuana but ive been cuting down to help me reach my goal quicker

    SHAKES-
    im not taking any shakes or anything right now but if theres one u recomend hook it up

    GYM TIME-
    not much due to me playing soccer for my school and havin practice or a game everyday... except on weekends

    Bro, I have to ask. Have you even read this board? You have been a member here for awhile now. When you first came your were dead set on going on steroids. We were able to talk you out of that and get you going on a good diet and heavy training. Many people here have helped you including myself and yet I feel like you have listened to none of it.

    Just listen to yourself bro. This is what I get from your list above.

    You want to loose weight as fast as possable, you use drugs, your using no protein supps, and last but not least you dont go to the gym much. And you want to use steroids?

            my advice is ur doing all the oposite into achieving what u wanna achieve.

            You gotta eat right. Take some protein meals to school and eat them while walking to ur other classes, doesnt take 5 minutes. Eat a good lunch (protein), watch out for those ugly foods (pizzas, burgers, etc).

            Like above, for diet u gotta watch what u eat, avoid gressy, the munchies, just the junk that makes people get fat.

            For cardio , start doing it 30 minutes a day to start off after ur workouts or in the mornings.

            Just lay off the weed bro, that aint gonna get u no where. U'll never achieve things with drugs.

            Most important, take some shakes bro. There not too expensive if u buy them online, as to in the malls.

            Try to make some time to workout bro. I know its hard because of soccer or other school activities, thats why i always stick to one thing or another. Its hard doing alot of things during the day and not having time for yourself to workout.

              didnt i say i was startin to stop smokin? im not takin steroids? and i cant get to the gym cuz i have soccer everyday... and im not fat.... i just wana lose some weight thats all... no need to be such a dick head....... thanks everyone else

                    hey HLB, just up your protein a bit more brother, how much grams a day are u consuming. Drink alolt of water too instead of drink, and also add some good fat (oils, fish oils, flax). Tha could help too bro:) For me that helped alot in the summer, went from 228 to 203 in about 1month and a half.

                      Hi what these guys are trying to tell you is to do all the basics before even considering taking steriods. The basics include training intensely using compound exercises mainly and getting enough rest in between to recover. It also includes diet. This should consist of clean quality foods. Carbohydrates such as rice, sweet potatoe to fuel energy for your workouts and complete protein such as lean grilled chicken, steamed fish and lean red meats. Eliminate all junk from your diet if you want to reduce your body fat and build lean muscle. Yes add a protein powder to your daily diet, I suggest one upon waking up and through out the day to ensure you are getting enough protein. Mix it with one cup of water if you don't want extra calories, trust me it tastes better than it sounds. Protein powders are great as well as you can take it with you, if you can't get access to protein in the way of food, like if you are out and also cause its easy to drink it in a drink. You might also want to rethink what your goals are. If you are after size you might have to reduce your soccor sessions and spend that extra time in the gym instead and work on building muscle. Also stop smoking, you could be spending the money on your protein powder instead of cigarettes. These cigs won't build muscle so whats the point. Rethink your priorities. If you want to build then go for it and stay focused. Good luck.

                        I forgot to add to eat green veges at night with your last meal, keep the starchy carbs out like rice, pasta and potatoes! Green veges include brocolli, cabbage, beans! If you are hungry before bed you can have your protein drink made with water of course. Also eat every 2 hours, small and often is what they call it. This keeps your metabolic rate up and also it keeps your blood sugar levels in check. Just stay away from processed meats and crap! With compound exercises include bench press, barbell back squats, dumbell rowes, barbell rowes, barbell bicep curls, skull crushes ( also known as french presses),incline bench press for upper chest, dumbell shoulder presses, standing calf raises, leg press, for abs do crunches you can do these with weighted later on once you have the technique right. Also hanging leg raises, incline leg raises are great too. Get someone qualified in the gym to help you with these, but make sure they know what they are doing and that you tell them you want to build muscle.

                              you cant till me titus and the boys dont use"X" or other rec drugs
                              that dont put pounds on after there contest at those big parties at the club
                              so why fuck with this guy becouse he smokes a little weed thats just being a hypocrit(sp)
                              its not like he is sticking himself in the ass with shit like most of

                              this guy might 1 erritable bitch that might need something to wind down after soccer or school or what ever i sure can relate

                              i know a lot of bodybuilders that smoke but dont drink or do any other drugs, alot of times thay use it to get that damn protein in there body with the munchies
