    i know a lot of bodybuilders that smoke but dont drink or do any other drugs, alot of times thay use it to get that damn protein in there body with the munchies
    Smoking cigarettes or weed won't help you to build quality lean muscle mass. You can get the protein into your body without having to have the munchies to do so. Priorities is what its all about here! Resistance weight training is also a great stress release and will help to reduce daily stress in your life.

          Ok, maybe I did sound like a dick. But you can't expect us to realisticly help you unless your realalistic. With all you have stated there is alot of contridiction. I don't know who you think your asking these question too, but it isn't your buddies who are just trying to be your friend, and it isn't people that have to prove thier knowledge to you. We are here to help you help yourself. You're trying to skip the basics. Did you start playing soccer games before you learned how to tie your shoes and dribble a soccer ball?

              why don't you just focus on your soccer since you obviously don't want to devote the time to bodybuilding, you have posted OVER and OVER again about how you want this or that, these results, the bottom line is the facts are here on how to succeed, either work hard or don't.
