get 93% lean ground beef, you can make many different meals with it. I eat a lot of pork also. i dont like lean cuts of steak because its either to expensive or its too tough. buy fresh salmon, tastes great make it with some mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli for a great dinner =) I make my pork in a crock pot with ketchup and let it cook all night then i eat them with brown rice, i LOVE it.... =)

I've been reading about that lately and I have seen that a good guideline is anything that has round or loin in the name will be leaner than other cuts. In particular, eye of round, top round and top sirloin steaks should all have less than 5grams of fat per 3.5oz serving. I have been able to find 95% lean ground beef too or you can grind any of the above steaks to make your own lean ground beef.
