I have NEVER been a fan of tuna and have only eaten it during my pre-competition diet and have always just choked it down. Well I'm dieting again and made up a new trick for masking the taste - take your can of tuna (rinsed in cold water), throw that in a bowl, then mix in your steamed brown rice.
It's quick and easy to take to work and I can actually tolerate the tuna. It's definitely a nice change from chicken (hard to find large packs of turkey breast here).
