  • help me set up a diet PLEASE im noob

    well im a 5'6 filipno i weigh about 195. some people say im pretty short and stalky. my question is, im trying to gain and tone muscle mass, and lose the fat around my belly. i know that diet has alot to do with it but i love to eat. so can anyone help me plan a daily diet? thank you

    Use the search button-there's a ton of good posts on dieting and nutrition. I would recommend reading up and then getting input on a proposed diet. We would also need to know what kind of exercise regimen you will be doing along with the diet.

      You want 2 things. You want to loose some fat and you want to gain muscle. That is a very hard thing to do. Instead you should concentrate on loosing the fat. Once you do that you can slowly start gaining the muscle.
