      How can 2 of them give you enough energy for a 90 minute workout , yet the tryptophan from 1 will relax you? Seems like the tryptophan from 2 would put you to sleep!

              Yes, so everyone use them as a suppository.

              Two bananas have about 60g of carbs also. It's the easiest source of good carbs that I can find.

                        Not only that, but a yellow banana has been gassed with a special substance (can't remember what it is) so they turn yellow. Natural bananas never turn yellow.

                              Look carefully at the grocery store at certain times of the year and you will find red bananas. ;) I believe there is a banana like the Nina that are red.
