    Sup all.
I have a question about supplements. Anything worth taking, I say No.

Glutimin - Garbarge (along with all other Aminos)
Creatine - Very good. creatine is found in a varity of foods, one of the best sources is lean red meat.
Protein (MRPs) during the day - eat real food instead if poss., eggs, meat, fish, etc.
Pre-Workout - small digestible meal carb/protein mix or prepacked MRP.
    Post-Workout - Protien shake.
    Juice - Works
    NO2/Arginine - http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=556124
    Mulit-Vitamins - somewhat useful.
    Tribulus - marking gimmik

While I agree glutamine alone is useless, I definately disagree that amino acids supplements are garbage. Many brand chained amino acids plays a significant role in protein synthesis. Leucine for examples helps promote insulin secretion. BCAAs help prevent catabolism and help with tissue repair. Pre-work out BCAAs is apart of my routine and will remain that way.

Agree, especially the likes of Xpand or Satur8.

While whole foods ARE better, some types for those who are busy or on the go, MRPs are all they can spare, but htere are few worth the $$$, so be careful.

Pre-Workout - small digestible meal carb/protein mix or prepacked MRP.
Depends on how close to your workout. An hour before, you want whole foods, 15-20 minutes before you want liquids in the form of BCAAs, protein powder and vitamin C powder and plenty of water.

            Juice - Works
Given you know what youre doing.

            NO2/Arginine - http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=556124
            Mulit-Vitamins - somewhat useful.
Pure NO2 supplements are garbage. (Be careful of citing T-Mag or any Biotest publications, theyre usually full of shit. I didnt read this article, but)

            Tribulus - marking gimmik
Yes, good if you cant get it up, but does NOTHING for endogenous testosterone levels.

            Other good/useful supplements are:

            Green tea
            liver tabs
            fish oil
            l-tyrosine
r-ala (in the eyes of some)
            whey protein
            protein blend
            ephedrine
            caffeine
            ALCAR

That wasn't the same question, smartass! Mine was more like posting a diet and asking for feedback.

Calm down u moron.... its an emoticon, thats all..... Wasn't directed at anyone.

Second of all, I think a good start for you on supplements would be in the dictionary, where you can learn to spell the word properly so you can find all the information that you need on the net.

                          Thank you :pimpslap:

I think you should focus in on your own illiteracy before trying to help others. I've enjoyed this conversation, goodbye :)
