I have been drinking 1 shake a day of GNC Whey Protein which is about 24grams of protein. On the nutrition label though, there is lots of other shit that doesnt look to good for you. It also says "not for weight loss."
At my gym, they have a bar set up, which they serve health drinks and they have 3 types of protein power, one of which is called "fat burning protein."
What is that and where do I get it. Is the gnc stuff any good, what should go with for low carb, low calories and high protein?
