Advid lifter. I dont drink beer cuz of Maltose, carbs. etc. If im out at a bar Ill get a Scotch on the rocks Glenlevet, Glenfiddich or Any glen. will do. Vodka gimlet. Vodka on the rocks. Curious on what others drink.

I guess most the time I'm presented with the situation I choose muscle growth over alcohol. I'm sure I can count on one hand the number of times I drank last year. If your going to do it, just count it as cheat calories and not worry about. It sounds like your trying to work it into your diet and mad make it seem good. It's all the same use when it comes down to it. Over thinking time of enjoyment can really mess with the head.Originally posted by NYCmitch25

Wat?....I do. Its not complicated nor involving some great thinking or rationale. I dont worry about it. I enjoy alcohol straight-up or on the rocks over beer. Done. =) I enjoy the atmosphere.
