    Hi all
    well iv got a problem Does anyone know of a site where i can get the Nurtional Info On foods Cals, Protine, Carbs,Fat etc ??
    I know My Info On the Supps ProLab Whey :
    Serving size 32gms
    Calories 130
    Total Fat 2g
    Total Carbohydrate 6g
    Protein 22g

    And The NLarge2 (Taking 2 half servings) : this is Full Serving Info :
    Serving size: .......... 153 gms
    Calories .......... 620 in water
    Total Fat .......... 6 g
    Total Carbohydrate .......... 89 g
    Protein .......... 52 g

    trying to Work This Diet Out here it is Anyhow:


    Break Fast

    5:15 am 6xscrambled egg mixed with milk + 2 rounds of bread butter,
    6:00 1 bowl Quakers Oats

    7:00 Prolab 100% whey Shake Serving size 32gms (just before work)

    Mid Morning
    9:30 - 10 clock Jacket Potato Chicken Breast with HP BBQ sauce

    Lunch
    12:30 - 1:30 jacket Potato chicken Breast with HP BBQ sauce

    Pre Workout Shake
    4:05pm 1 half N large 2 Weight Shake (Finished Work)

    hardCore Gym Workout
    5.05pm

    6:00pm Half N large 2 Weight Shake

    6:45 pm 2 cans tuna , Brown Rice

    8:15pm prolab 100% Whey shake

    10:00pm sleep

    Male
    Stats: 5 "7"
    weight 170lb
    age 19
    goal : bulk up from this summer
    till next summer Will be eating clean:
    also Not on any gear

      I've seen that before-it's pretty cool software. It has a lot of common foods, but if you just add your own things, it makes it really easy to track protein/calories daily.
