    At lunch, myself and several other engineers go out and eat. I'm not going to give up the hour that I get to leave for, but does anyone have suggestions on things to eat when trying to eat good at a "fast food" restaurant? I can eat some lean ground beef before I go to lunch, but I dunno, just looking for ideas on things to munch on while there.

    It will depend on where you're going. Wendy's has some good shicken salads. Subway is always a good choice.

        Anything like grilled chicken, tuna, most types of fish (unbreaded), things of that nature.

          cheeseburgers.............sorry im dieting that is what sounds real good. :D.

          Pretty much all the fast food places have a descent salad with choice of chicken or seafood toppings.

            Wendys is perfect... get chicken breasts off their grilled chicken sandwiches (discard the bread of course) and get yourself a potato for 99cents. and wa-la, Perfect bodybuilders lunch.

            If your gonna do McMuscles or any other burger joint, instead of getting 2 or 3 burgers, get double burgers or triple burgers (less bread) and stay away from the fries.

                I was definately going to ask the same question...

                Does anyone have like a list of things you should eat if you go out to different fast food resturants..

                Like what you should eat at Burger King, Wendys, Quiznos, Subway, Taco Bell, etc etc etc... I work and goto school and im on the run constantly... Im going to try and pack as much lunch as i can but just in case ya know.

                  I know what you mean. I have this problem too. I work with a bunch of fat bastards. They eat bacon and sausage by the truck load. I Pack a lunch. If I go out its just for chinese. I get steamed chicken and broccoli, little brown rice or non at all.
