    I usually have a optimun shake in the morning, then eat a steak with rice for lunch. have a protein bar in the afternoon or another shake then eat at 6pm like a steak or chicken breast potatoe or rice.

    I am getting sick of eating the same crap over and over. I know how to diet but amd being so lazy and eating chips like a dumb ass. could someone tell me a good recipe or show me a good site for making different lean protein muscle building foods.

    ohh yeah are pretels bad for you? I know lots of carbs but what about Salt??? is that bad for your lean look?
