now i wont feel as bad when eating dominos on friday for my cheat meal.....82 grams of protein is great lol. i always figured i was eating the 80+ grams fo fat but a slong as i over exeed my protein requirment great!
Well, first of all you need to have cheat days to shock you motabolism. Second, you can never be serious about getting fit when you still put poisons like tobacco in your body.

Why is it not good? Its perfectly fine to have a cheat meal once in awhile. It shocks the metabolism and can will actually speed up the fat burning process as long as you go back to eating clean the very next day.
