Alright, i work out like 5 times a week, and ive been taking mega whey protein and creatine. However, i have no clue on a diet that will work out for me. Im 5'6, 150, and i have never been able to gain weight. what is a basic good diet to bulk up? i want to gain weight and muscle.

basically, I wouldn't be working out 5 days a week, u need to let each muscle rest around 48-72 each, I would get on a strictly work out program like........
Monday - chest, tri's
Wed - back, bi's
Fri - legs, shoulders, tri's
every 3 hrs make sure u eat complete meals.......like tuna, chicken, turkey, fish, ham, or anything lean....... and consume alot of good fats and carbs
