    This is real simple and adds great flavor to the chicken. I get some fat free Italian dressing, dump it in a large bowl, Through 4-6 chicken breasts in there and let it marinade for about 6 hours.

    mmmm...I used to use the dry powder packets of italian dressing that you use to make your own dressing. I cooked in on the foreman grill and use that as the seasoning.

      :agree: I've been doing that for awhile now. I will take a fork and poke holes in the chicken so the dressing will absorb faster and I just let them sit for an hour or two!

        I like to marinade it overnight. Really lets the sauce soak in even more.
