BEfore I can properly answer, how many calories does the above diet total? Do you know your protein/carb/fat ratios?

A couple suggestions off the top of my head:

    No dairy

Increase working out w/ weights to 3 x a week

    What are weet bix?

    ....and welcome to SM!

Ok well looking at JUST the thing that is 180 cals and you eat 2-3 a day of them...

45 grams of sugar is out of control for someone wanting to lose bodyfat. That's more than 1 soda three times a day. So in essence, if you just eat 2 of whatever it is a day, that's like 3 regular sodas. Absolutely way too much sugar in your diet. I guarantee if you drop that you can lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks. Even in your protein powder, there are 8 grams of sugar in each one. So, on a given day, you are eating over 100gms of sugar. For someone who wants to lose BF they should not be eating any processed sugar. Reduction of dairy in your diet will also be helpful.

I would also recommend you increase your protein intake by 50 gms/ day. You're not even eating half of your bodywieght as far as protein goes. So, I'm guessing your muscles aren't getting the much needed protein with the kind of activity you are doing.

In addition, I would also suggest you increase the protein and decrease the carbs. More of a 40/40/20 ( protein/carb/fat). Of course a good portion of your carbs wil lbe reduced once you drop that last thing out of your diet. You need to be eating complex carbs like: sweet potatoes, oatmeal, and brown rice.
