  • Feeling very guilty today

    Woke up this morning and started making some oatmeal....Reached for the Natures Own wheat bread and it was already MOLDED! Was forced to eat two pieces of WHITE bread........first time in 2 years that I touched a piece of white bread...Now I feel very guilty since I'm dieting.....Probably going to gain 50lbs of fat and 30% bf b/c of it...lol

    Yeah, and somebody forced me to eat pizza last weekend! It's OK to cheat once in a while-it's good for our mental wellbeing.

      wow, 2 years? thats great dedication, like BB said, its ok to cheat, i mean its not gunna kill you or anything. nice job!

        It's okay, this morning I walked into the office and there in the kitchen are a dozen glazed donuts.

            Yeah, it's been about 2 years since I've eaten a lot things like, hamburgers, french fries, pancakes, pizza.....anything not directed towards bodybuilding. I take that back, I did eat some gizzards a few months ago as a cheat meal and it made me feel sick as hell...You could just taste all the grease.

                Don't feel bad.....this morning I had a bowl of fruity pebbles. I haven't had anything but oats, and eggs for the past 6 months. it was great!!!

                  Dammit, why do we do this to ourselves!

                  I'm only dieting that hard right now because I have a show coming up in 8 weeks, but I still leave myself one cheat meal a week and that's gonna stay there until I'm about 4 weeks out.
