I have a question about sugar cravings. Now that I am trying to get my diet in order I have been doing my best to cut out sugary foods and drink more water. My problem is after eating a meal I feel like something sweet is missing at the end. For instance for one of my lunch meals I will have grilled chicken and mixed vegtables. When I am done it's like I have the need to polish off the meal with something sweet (not necessarily candy but maybe juice or something). My question is what are healthy alternatives to rid myself of these cravings? Currently I have been having a small amount of Jello to hold me over.
