  • ephreda and cramping?

    i play competive softball on most weekends and use ephreda (stacker 2) when playing. i realy dont eat at all durring the day either but drink a shit load of water. my question is after the day is over usally all day long. i get on a plane and come home but when i get up off the plane i cramp all over in my legs hammys quads everywere. im sure its the stackers but why does it do it and how can i make it stop? thanks rocketw19.

          That probably won't work. The diuertic effect of both caffiene with or without ephedra products cause the muscle cramp. The muscles arn't staying hydrated. Taurine helps in that.

                Just go for the cheapest. It's a basic ingrediant so it's going to be the same all around. Maybe look for the most affordable at a higher mg so you're not taking a bunch day. As far as dosing, I'm not sure what would be best for your situation. Maybe someone else can help with that better.

                Taylor- drinking more water isn't the problem, it's getting your body to put that water in your muscles and keep them hydrated which the taurine helps with.
