  • THE OFFICIAL, WHAT HAVE YOU EATEN TODAY THREAD.

    Ok im going to post what I eat each day in this thread. I think everyone else should do the same. This way, for those of you who are slacking in the food department, this will keep you honest and on track. So anyone that wants to join in on this thread, please feel free.

    So far today.

    MEAL 1:
    9am: Shake consisting of 1 cup oats, 1 banana, 2 scoops whey, few pieces of ice and 2 cups water.

    With this shake I also took my Multi-Vit, Milk thistle, Fish Oil Capsul, and 20mg Nolvadex

    MEAL 2
    12:00pm: 2 cups pasta mixed with 1 and a half chicken breast cut up with some pasta sauce. (Usually have post workout shake at this time but today is my day off) (also this meal is usually brown rice instead of pasta but i changed it up today.)

    Also have already drank about a half gal of water. Will update the post as I go threw the day. Right now im running 600mgs of test. Will be going on GH in a few weeks.

    MEAL 3
    2:30pm: 1 can of tuna and large bowl of natural oatmeal whole oats with a peach cut up in it and a little bit of honey.

    Also took my 2nd Fish Oil Capsule.

    Also have drank about 3/4 of my gal of water.

      so far i had my shake with 1 cup oats 50grams whey 1 table spoon flax 1 table spoon natty peanutbutter 1 bannana and milk. 6 egg whites and 2 whole eggs. its only 10am here in cali and i just woke up. only got in about 1 glass of water so far.

        7am: 1 whole protein shake water. ephedrine, caffeine, yohimbe.

        8am: 5 egg whites, 2 yolks in the form of an omlette, stuffed with white mushrooms, onions and turkey bacon. 1/3 of water. Fish oil, green tea, tyrosine, multi.

        12:30: 2 marinated chicken breasts on the Foreman w/ brown rice and green peppers.

          my suggestion to you would be not to drink glasses of water. to easy to loose track. i carry around my gal jug and drink out of that and only that. looks stupid but i know im getting a gal a day. usually about a gal and half actually.

            10:00 a.m. - handfull of almonds

            that's it folks. I've been crazy busy this morning building this new server and getting everyones permissions setup. Not to mention everything else that is going wrong.

            1:00 - 10oz sirloin steak w/ 1 cup of brown rice; sugar free popsicle and 1 piece of bubble gum.

            3:00- 8oz siloin steak w/1 cup of brown rice

            5:00 - protein shake (carb mix) almonds

            My little girl has a t-ball game at 6:15 so I am going to try and get in another meal before and after the game. I need some more calories!! Time to go to the grocery strore; I need more steak, chicken, sweet potatoes, broccoli, asparagus, butter spray, fruit and eggs! that should last me a couple days, lol.

              i actually fill up my gallon jug with water and poor out as needed i usally only get 1 gallon a day. i have a hard enough time eating so much food that sometimes i have to force down the water at night. i also wanna give credit to yellow jacket for the shake recipe about 8 or so months ago i drink 1 ED.

                cool bro, thats the point of this thread. so you can look back and say hey, maybe i should eat more. you can pinpoint problems alot easier when they are laid out in front of you. go take in some cals bro!

                    8:00 am post workout shake
                    9:30 5 egg whites 1 whole ( hardboiled), 1 cup oatmeal w/splenda and 1 pint skim milk
                    10:30 shake
                    11:30 9 pieces of sushi
                    going to eat lunch at about 1

                      7:30 - 1 scoop of ON protein, 1 scoop of muscle milk with 1 tbs of flax oil in water as a shake, with a .5 cup of oatmeal w/splenda.

                      10:15 - 1 chicken breast, 1 packet of instant oatmeal w/ splenda, 1.5 scoops of protein with water

                      12:45 - 1 scoop protein with water, 1 packet of hickory smoked tuna, 2 yokon gold potatoes (small)

                        so far today: 600am protine shake, 730-8am cereal bar and an apple, 10am vector bar and 4 slices of peppered turkey breast and water, it's now 1130 and for lunch i'm having 2 small chicken breasts some brown rice and salsa and probably a coffee.

                            By the way guys, you will notice that all my meals are Protein/carb meals. My first 3-4 meals early in the day are all protien carb meals. Once it gets around 4-5pm all my meals are protein/fat meals. This has always worked great for me.
