  • finding time to eat

I recently started a new job in an office 9-5pm. I am having alot of trouble maintaining the volume of food i used to eat. Before i started this job i had been self employed for 4years and could pretty much eat whenever i needed. usually every 2hours, usually 6 meals a day,all the meals were also very large, mostly consisting of rice and tuna, scrambled eggs, pasta, chicken breast, shakes, alot of bannanas, grapefruit, oats, boiled eggs, baked potatos, etc.
somtimes these meals would be so big it would take me 40mins to get it down. my day now goes somthing like this 7.00am protien shake, 8.20 a bannana and a hot chocolate, i start work at 9.00 and then get a 15min break at 10.15, i usually try to get down as much tuna as i can in the break, about 240grams, lunch is at 1.00 for an hour. I hit the gym for the first half hour (only training 1 bodypart per workout) then i eat for the last half hour but i cant seem to get much food down(friday was small plate of ground beef and pasta) finish work at 5.00 and munch down a protien bar, get home around 6.00 and eat dinner within the next hour or so. bout an hour before bed usually a shake or boiled eggs or potatoes or whatever i can get my hands on. Im also living with my inlaws now, which is why i havent used gear for 5months.
Now that is 6 meals, but time dictates these meals being very small (if you can even call a protien bar a meal)
Advice from anyone who has a similar work schedule, im sure there is way the 9 to 5vers make this work, i just havent figured it out yet. I wish i could make this a full time job like some of you but i cant. So lets hear it......

Tuna with some crackers is easy meal. Just pre-cook your chicken breast a few days ahead of time and you should have enough for a few days. Dont forget the shakes.
