  • Fake pasta salad?

I boiled a dozen eggs last night and want to make something like a pasta salad with them. I'll take out the yolks and slice up the whites. Not sure about what to add to it though. I'm thinking some olive oil, a chopped up red pepper, onion, cellery, a little salt, pepper, sundried tomatoes, and fresh basil.

We're having a BBQ tomorrow night and about half of the people train and I'd like to have something to have as a healthy side dish so that's what made me think of this.

You could also add a little feta cheese to kick it up. I will have to work on some kinda pasta dish and see what I come up with.

I use the yolks too. Add Feta cheese and Maybe --- Helmans Mayo. Then again I don't need to lean out more I want mass.

I was thinking about this one earlier and I think i have an idea.

First, get a large pot of boiling water going.

Then beat some egg whites with a little bit of olive oil, milk, salt, pepper, and very finely chopped parsley. Then take an extruder with the small tip on it (so that it shapes what it extrudes into a noodle).

Once your water is boiling, take your extruder and egg white mixture over and begin pouring some of the mixture into the extruder. It should hit the water and form noodles instantly. Pour in enough each go around to get a noodle of your desired size.
