        I can't imagine eating a steak after a leg workout, shakes are all I can do so its a none issue for me

          If i'm not mistaken, didn't arnold use to eat ground beef after he worked out? I knw it was years ago and he had freaky genetics, but it can be done

            Arnold was an old school bodybuilder, they did bunch of stuff that we wouldn't be doing today, eating ground beef or a piece of stake after a workout is one of those things.
            Stick with the shake.:)
