      what about drinking tea with splenda in it....can that count towards your daily water intake at all

      i'm just curious because i have about 16-24 oz of tea in a pitcher and then fill it up with water after that

          all i drink is water all day, i really don't see why a person would have such a hard time . Atleaset to me it really has no taste

              just stop. when people say, "i gotta get off it somehow" they are not serious about stopping. kinda like when people say, "i gotta loose some weight one of these days". Those people will never lose weight. so if you drink to much tea and you know you do just say to yourself, its not good for my body and im stopping. dont even take one more sip. if you cant do that, you will never stop drinking it.

              just drink the damn water. if you were in a desert somewhere and hadnt had water in 4 days i bet you would sure like the taste of water. DRINK!

                    i never said i didn't like water...

                    i just said i drank alot of tea...i used to drink sugar filled tea, and switched to splenda...i gotta go one step at a time

                    it's easier to get off something if u gradually slow it down

                    like your saying with losing weight, nobody is gonna go from a couch potatoe eating trash all day to jogging 4 miles, lifting weights twice a day, and following a perfect diet 24 hours later...but they could get to that point by cutting out sugar, walking a mile and making regular gradual changes like that
