    For those who wanted to know, here is my diet. its very simple.

    I always drink a whey shake when i wake up to start off with some quick protein. My 1st few meals are beef patties on whole wheat bread. My next few meals are Spinach/romaine salads with chicken tenders. by the time 6:00pm comes im not eating bread, only spinach, and my last meal is always just chicken and cashews, which i snack on all day. Thank god for costco and the foreman grill =) The only thing im concerned about is that im not digesting the food fast enough. I just added up the protein on my meat that i eat, and im getting 120g protein from the beef in one day ,90g from the chicken, and 80g from my shakes, incuding PWO. keep in mind im 139lbs, 5'4, 5.1%

    well I'm not sure what your concern is. That's only a tiny bit over what you should be consuming if you go by the 2 g per lb scale. As far as the beef and bread goes, I was putting my carbs and fats in the same meals. YJ and Bouncer recomended I switch it up and have protien/carbs and protien/fats. Just a couple days since I switched it and I'm already more hungary by the time the next meal comes.

      I just prefer eating the beef on whole wheat bread like a hamburger....I only eat stuff i enjoy... plus the beef doesnt have much fat left in it after it cooks on the foreman grill.

          I agree. Also just wanted to add, I eat carbs all day long when I am massing it up and have no problem with digestion or hunger. My diet consist of shakes and whole wheat pasta w/ beef or chicken. Sorry to come in on your thread just didnt think it was neccesary to make another thread.

                i'm gunna post some pics up soon.....today is 2 weeks ive been on Tren... my stats havent changed much but my physique is much harder/vascular, i can see veins in my abs/quads/chest now :)
