  • Cutting diet check

    I weigh 210 and am looking to do a show in around 15 weeks. This is what I am currently eating, to begin the cut. I am tracking my weight each morning adn will adjust the diet as needed. I will be dropping the calories next week. Any comments would be very welcome.

    8 Cytogainer shake w/ 2cups ff milk

    11 2 chicken breasts, ½ bellpepper, 2 cups spinach, 1 tbs olive oil

    2 2 chicken breasts, ½ bellpepper, 2 cups spinach, 1 tbs olive oil

    530 Cytogainer (postworkout)

    730 variable- usually 1.5 chicken breasts and 2 cups macaroni, some olive oil
    This meal will change soon to brown rice and 1.5 chicken breasts

    10 2 cups cottage cheese, 2 tbs flax or 2 tbs peanutbutter

    It totals out to ~3900 calories. 110 fat 330 carbs 400 protein

    This may not be exact, but it is the jist. I will update when I get the exact schedule figured.

    I am eating 3 meals of carbs. The morning shake will soon be switched to 1 cup oats, 2 cups milk, 2.5 scoops whey, ice, banana.

    Cut the milk out all together. Cut the macoroni out also. Dont change it soon, do it now. make sure your getting in enough water. other then that, everything looks pretty clean for now.

      Ok. The macaroni will be switched to brown rice. The morning serving of cytogainer will become an oatmeal MRP.

      As far as water goes. I drink 1 gallon throughout the day, and I drink exactly 1 gallon when I workout because it is pretty hot here. I think that should be enough.
