I have been looking on the site and there is a lot of helpful information. I was reffered to this site by Wheyman. Thanks! My Question is that I want to start working out but I don't know how to start as far as my diet is concerned. I am 5' 11" and weigh 240. I don't know my bf but I am sure it is alot. I have talked to my cousin about how I should start but I am still having problems. My main problem is that I work at night and I can't eat like normal people would eat during the day. My cousin has told me that I could treat my nights as if they were days. I have three chances to eat at work. The hours I work are for 11:30 p.m. till 7:30 a.m. I get a break at 1,3,5 o'clock. During the day I sleep from around 9 a.m. till 1 p.m. then I go back to sleep at around 7:00. Is there any way that I could work a diet around those hours? If so, what and when should I eat? Could someone please shed some light on my problem? Thanks in advance!!!!!
