  • No Sugar Added Ice Cream

What do you think of this. Keep in mind I'm about to start a bulking cycle, but I don't want to consume "empty" calories. What I mean is that I don't want to eat something is more harm than good. Here is nutrition facts per serving. It's called Blue Bell No Sugar Added.

Not too bad. Thing is, measure out a 1/2 cup of ice cream. A majority of people dish out an average of 3-5 cups for a bowl of ice cream.

Try to find a good frozen yogurt if you can. It's a little better than ice cream. You can actually find them fat and sugar free too.

Yeah, so what? For once, I want to be in the majority.

I bet I'm eating about 2 cups a day right now and still am not gaining weight--next step, eating at 2am.
