  • My diet THIS week?

    Well long story short I have been nursing a lightly pulled muscle in my lower back. It tightens up as the days go by when lifting. Fri and Sat are my off days and I rest. Come Sun it's felt better, but the cycle continues. So I decided to take this week of from lifting and rest it. I'm only doing cardio, so I thought I would do carb depletion. So I will just tell you what I ate today and that's what I was planning for this week.


    Wake up and have a Whey protien shake with a stacker 2

    Gatorade right after cardio

    Meal 1 - About 40 mins after that I have 2 chicken breasts and 2400mg of flax oil

    Meal 2 - Can of tuna

    Meal 3 - Half lb of grilled sirloin and 2 cups of green beens, 2400mg of flax oil

    Meal 4 - 5 egg whites one whole egg, 2 cups of peas

    Meal 5 - 2 chicken breast, baggie of baby spiniach, 2400mg of flax oil


    Thoughts?

    this is off the subject, but i looked at sams club and my general store to find flax oil, where can u get it?

          My thought is I would shrivel up and die if that's all I ate--should definitely lean out a little this week.

            U need to take a look at the other posts were you have more calorie intake, i would die on a diet like that.

              i think u might wanna add a meal or two in there... and i still think you need carbs in your post cardio meal, 1/2 cup or rice or oatmeal IMO
