    The total amount of carbs looks good. Just looks like a freaking ton of protein--by my rough approximation it looks like about 500gms of protein which most people can't use nearly that much. I would replace some of the protein with fat.

      Damn! I guess I never looked stopped to look at it, that is a lot of protein. I'll have to watch that.

                    holy diet...i dont eat that much and i still gain solid muscle...dont have the money right now to eat like that...but soon i will next yr
                    i try hard...though

                      5k cals in 8 meals is pretty damn easy to do, only like 625 cals per meal, split that up its not that much of carbs +protein and fat, esp if you train a lot and are really active
