I'm wondering if someone can help me set up a new diet? I'm really trying to watch what I eat, but my problem is that I never feel full, so I keep snacking all day on little things. I don't like to cook, so need ideas that are quick and easy, but healthy. I try to stay away from sugars, but my problem is way too many carbs. I workout everyday, and have a pretty good metabolism, but really need to start making some changes. What are your suggestions?
