    Besides salmon and chicken what are the best muscle growing foods?
    I'm about to start a cycle and thakfully i love smoked/grilled salmon and thos roasted whole chickens from the grocery store. But besides that and whey anything else you guys recommend?

    Muscle growth requires protein, carbs and fats. The right combination is important for realizing any goal. In each category, my fav's are:
    Protein: Chicken breast, ground turkey, turkey breast, salmon, ground elk or buffalo and an occasional eye round or top round steak. At bedtime, I really enjoy my cottage cheese.
    Carbs: Sweet potatoes, rolled oats, veges, some wheat bread/wraps and brown rice (a distant fifth).
    Fats: Natty PB!!!! That's my only yummy fat. The rest is mainly from omega fatty acids and flax seed which I could do without--if I wasn't interested in gaining weight!

    Post a diet and lots of people would be happy to help you maximize your cycle gains-your cycle will yield much better gains if you have your diet nailed.

            Just a personal preference--only cause it seems to cause bloating and it sits in my gut and makes it hard to eat every two hours like I usually do. Its not a nutritional fifth-maybe I should have clarified that.
