Negative effects of Diet drinks.

ok ill admit ive been drinking alot of diet lemonade ice tea (wawa stuff)...and diet pepsi....What are the negative effects of drinking it?

From what I've read even the diet drinks cause an insulin reaction. I drink water, grapefruit juice and sugar free tang.
