so ive been bulking now for like maybe 3-4 weeks and im not gonna lie, its been sloppy. Im back at college now and if u have ever been in college then u know how bad the food is for u. I honeslty have no idea why ive been doing it so sloppy. I was supposed to have a big leg day today and my numbers in the gym sucked balls... very dissapointing. Anyway, fuck this shit, im bulking clean with my diet from now on, def notice the difference. Felt compelled to post.
