    I weighted 170lbs 6 months ago! Until my dude gave some gear it was sus 250 and andro. Felt great did a 12 week cycle went to 198. Now I have no energy weight 180lbs. I blow up but no gain. I have working out since the grade school. I always had a high matabolism. Don't want to quit! But there is no more gain and no more gear! I have tried dam near everyone product spent a lot of money trying all products. Still nothing!!!!!! WHAT TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!! :thumbsdow

    Do you know what PCT is? Next post your diet and what times you eat them

    Example


    Meal 1 9am - blah

    Meal 2 11am - blah

    Meal 3 1pm - blah

    workout
    Post workout nutrion

    Meal 4 etc etc...

      I eat at 8:30 am, 12:00 pm, 5:00 pm last 8:00. I eat eggs,chicken,steak or ribs! Good or bad?

          I have yams or potatoes brussel sproute or green beens. I also eat cottage cheese and yogurt!

              Okay! meal 1# eggs or shake with oatmeal. meal 2# 2 breast of chicken with veggies. meal 3#shake with tlb nat pb and oatmeal. meal 4# steak with veggies and cottage cheese!

                Ok, I'm trying to show you how to see what your doing. Your not eating enough. So first got to this thread and figure out your BMR

                Then go to fitday.com and put your daily food into it to find out your calories and where they are coming from.
