  • Anything wrong with eating my post workout rice like this?

    I didn't have any rice already made and I didn't want to take the time to make it. So I just put it in my mouth dry and rinsed down with water.

      I don't think there's anything horribly wrong with it. You should check your crap and make sure it all got digested. The only thing to watch out for is, it will expand in your stomach as it absorbs fluids. So don't eat more grains of rice raw than you would eat cooked.

          Just don't do that with your chicken, too!

          I don't see you it should matter though--it's fine to do with oats, so why not rice?
