    Was going to take a week off to let my joints take a break, wondering what to do as far as my diet. Should I continue to on the bulking diet or should cut back on the calories?

    cut back the calories, esp. carbs. eat at maintenance.

        i would continue diet like you were on. i think you will be suprised by gains after break. gives body time to rest and grow.

          yeah i took about 10 days off and my diet was very sloppy and i packed on 9 lbs..all my injurys healed good too....Id stick with the bulking diet.
