Why the fuck are you trying to start arguments in every thread?

I'm not trying to start arguments, I'm sorry if I made it seem that way. It's just so that I sometimes have a harsh way of expressing my opinion. If this makes you feel uncomfortable, I will quit this habit immediately.

Cottage cheese isnt necessary to eat. There are plenty of things that can fill its place as a night time protein source. Just be creative, eat things you like so you can eat enough of them.

I love cottage cheese but I have found that depending on which brand and the milkfat % makes a big difference in the taste. I personally like breakstones 2% give me anything else and I wont eat it. I go through a large tub a day.

I'll try the 2%. I'm bulking anyway. When you say large tub, how many ounces are you talking per day/evening. Also, I'm used to this other board and the new guys who dont search get all kinds of shit which means 1- I should know better and 2- I can take a little criticism and being told I'm being an idiot. Thanks for the suggestions.

:agree: 1 cup ~ 28g protein; 1.5 cups ~ 42g protein. I usually opt for nearer to 1.5cups cause I'm bulking and I always wake up hungry and I can't stand the thought of losing muscle!

Cottage cheese has chunks in it. I can't help but imagine it is like curdled milk.

I'm gonna stop reading this thread before I stop liking it--I usually try to ignore the curdled milk thought! But then, all cheese is theoretically "bad" milk and I love cheese.

not necessarily since it is not as slow digesting. a casein protein powder would be better.
