  • What goes in your shopping cart.....

Just wanted to start a thread so everyone can see what things are appropriate and fit the bodybuilding diet. So if you don't mind just write out your list, here's mine:

    Chicken Breast
    Lean Ground Beef
    Fish Filets
    Tuna Fish
    Sliced Turkey
    Eggs
    Brown Rice
    Sweet Potatoes
    Oats
    Sourdough Bread
    Carrots
    Broccoli
    Corn
    Cottage Cheese
    Rice Cakes
    Natural Peanut Butter
    Worcestershire Sauce
    Soy Sauce

Well that's the bulk of it and all I can think of right off the top of my head....

              my weekly groceries are simple

              oatmeal and PB for breakfast

protine shake at 11 and sugar free jello snack pack

Eggs and turkey bacon at 1

sliced turkey sandwich on wheat bagle at 3:30

chicken breasts and veggies for dinner

i eat the same almost every day of the week..... weekend i splurge

if i could cut back the weekend splurging and beer intake i would be much leaner

It's 58cents a gallon and it's more convinient to just grab one and go and to keep track of how much I drink.
