    that I am not taking in enough calories. I have done a spot test this week and have taken in between 3500- 4200. I think I need to be 5000 plus to make gains.

    My dumb ass should have figured this out much soon, since everyone here rants about getting you nutrition down before depending on gear. I though that I was fine because of 6-7 meals a day (85% clean).

    What brought me to this revelation was Bouncers post on changing the board set up. Man, we can be stuborn sometimes.

    I will post my updated diet in January for your review. My plan is to increase 200-300 calories per week to get to 5000.

    Ur WAYYY bigger then me and if ur trying to bulk you definitely are under on Calories. I take in about 3800 and I'm not even gaining a lot of weight.

      many make this mistake. you MUST take in big calories to gain size.

        My last cycle I didn'y gain much and I think not getting enough cals was the reason also. So this time I'm eating insane calories and see what happens. Screw this lean bulk crap. You can't get enough cals. So pretty much anything goes this time and we'll see what happens.

        I've been reading alot more on nutrition lately and many good articles on eating big to get big and you can't be scared to put on a little fat to put on more muscle. Total calories and protein intake is all I'm worried about.
