personal info...25yrs old, 5' 6', 175lbs about 10-15%....(20 would be pushin it). I've run a cycle of test E at 400mgs/week, along with 300mgs decca for 10weeks (fall04 ). Last winter I ran a cycle of test E at 400mgs/week for 10weeks(last winter). I pct'd the 1st cycle with clomid 200mgs day1, 100mgs day2, 50mgs day3 and there abfter for bout' 3 weeks. The 2nd cycle I used only 40mgs/day of nolva for one week, 20mgs the 2nd and 10mgs the third.
The last couple of months I havn't worked out worth a piss, and my eating habits got shitty too...I thought I'd never fall off! Recently I made several big moves and had a hard time developing a rythm to effectively fit in my lifting and eating.
Needless to say, I put on a few BAD pounds and look rather soft around the mid section :thumbsdow
What would be a good ration of protein, fat and carbs and total calories for a guy my size that works out 5times/week and runs 2miles three times/week(my new split). I'm lookin to harden up, knock off alil' abb fat and add muscle....I don't neccessarily want to lose weight, just tighten up.
When I was "on" I would consume 3500cal @.23protein, .55carb and .25fat(I know the fat is alil' high, but I was a skinny dude!).
