    I have finally got my calories in check and have put on 3 pounds in 2 weeks (week 7 of 16 week cycle).

    It just goes to show you that you need to do periodic checks on your caloric intake, as I was over estimating my caloric intake.

    If you get time, could you post your current diet? I am having a hard time keeping my calories up that high.

        i say number one reason people dont make the gains they think they should.
        diet is critical.

          i wish i my problem was not being able to gain weight. thats just plain silly , hang out with me for one day and you will learn how to eat.
